We are proud to announce the rebranding of TC Financial Solutions to Charles Louis Mortgage Advisers. Following our traditions, we will continue to provide the same service which we have built our reputation on since TCFS was founded in 1996. The company was founded by Teresa Cookson who passed the company and its values to me in 2007.

The company and its clients have weathered the difficult times through the recession as we provided grounded advice and service which gave both the lenders and our clients confidence.

As a whole of the market adviser and being directly authorised by the FCA we welcome the opportunity to provide bespoke mortgage advice, life and critical illness cover, income protection & general insurance.

We are entering our 23rd year of providing advice for first time buyers (FTB), home movers, buy to let (BTL) as well as development finance and both regulated and unregulated bridging.

As an independent adviser our industry standards are solely focused on our clients’ mortgage needs without external distractions, striving to ensure our clients have access to the best available products on the market.

It is with great excitement that we have opened our new office at 4 Bolton Street, Ramsbottom, BL0 9HX and welcome clients to drop in for a brew and a chat for some free initial advice or pick the phone up and we will be happy to assist.
