Lee Robinson heads up the Commercial Finance team at Charles Louis

Charles Louis launches its commercial finance offering 20 years after setting up one of the north west’s leading mortgage brokers.

The Charles Louis brand includes Charles Louis Homes (estate agents) and Charles Louis Mortgage Brokers, and this latest move is the perfect fit for the group.

“Our vision is to work across the complete property cycle from the first concept ideas by a potential developer who needs the right funding to the customer looking to secure their dream home” says Managing Director David Cookson

He continues “Lee is a valuable addition to our team, he has undertaken some significant deals for lenders in the past five years and has developed some excellent relationships that will prove beneficial for lender, developer and Charles Louis.”

Charles Louis Commercial Finance is already working on some significant residential and commercial schemes from the north west to the south coast and will continue to progress lending opportunities in residential, commercial and mixed-use developments for small and medium size developers.
